6 tips for more quality and happier life

In this article I will show you tips on how to improve the quality of your life. How to move forward to feel more free and happier. We also work with these areas in our therapies.

TIP 1: Do not neglect physical activity

Every person needs a physical activity. During a physical activity all processes in the body speed up, the body gets cleaned and looser. But it very much depends on the kind of physical activity. If a woman works out and tries to build a big and muscular body, it can throw off her hormonal system.

This then can have an impact on:

  • Menstruation
  • Conception and other gynecological problems
  • Losing hair
  • Or skin issues

Ideally a physical activity should evenly put a strain on the entire body. It should be pleasant, bring joy, relaxation and satisfaction. To men I recommend a quicker activity oriented on performance. To women I recommend rather softer activity oriented on endurance.

TIP 2: Rest has to be true rest

Often we ask you to set aside some time for:

  • Work/study
  • Rest

You need to separate these two activities, if your work currently isn’t your rest at the same time.

If you visit a sauna and constantly think about work, your body doesn’t actually rest. The brain manages the process of activity and rest. And if there is an activity in the brain, muscles cannot relax.

It works the same in reverse. If you are at work and think about being in a sauna and how great it would be to be there, you wouldn’t enjoy the work and soon you might burn out.

TIP 3: Remember appropriate diet

Most people in our care are malnourished. When they learn it from us, they are very surprised, because their bodies often don’t look like it.

If a body is not receiving real cellular nutrition, it is not properly nourished. Cellular nutrition mainly involves:

  • Grains
  • Legumes
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Nuts and seeds

Because the body assesses the situation as a lack of food and it converts everything it can to fats (energy storages). Late night fridge raids are a sign of a starving body. The food should taste good, but primarily it needs to be sufficiently nutritious and there has to be enough of it.

TIP 4: Watch out for insidious electro smog

If you regularly water your flowers with water reboiled in a microwave, none of them will survive. On the contrary, if you install an electro smog jammer, your flowers will start to thrive and grow.

Electro smog has the same effect on a human body. Therefore it is a good idea to:

  • Buy and electro smog jammer
  • Turn off WiFi for nights
  • Don’t use a microwave
  • Make phone calls with headphones

You will see the difference on your sleep, mood and general physical condition.

TIP 5: What is your relationship with yourself?

Most ill people have one thing in common – a destructive relationship with themselves. They mostly try to please other people or the whole society. The result is a plenty of bodily disharmonies manifesting themselves as:

  • Pains
  • Insomnia
  • Eczema
  • Or psychological issues

TIP 6: Direction of your life

Whatever is happening in your life, you have to always know where you’re heading. Where you want to be and how you want to live your life in a year, 5 years or 10 years.

Regardless of your current financial, family or any other situation. Regardless of age or place on the planet. If you really desire it, you will succeed.

Even though it can sometimes seem there is no chance. In time people discover that those situations that seem hopeless are propelling them to their dreams the fastest. And they start appreciating them. They calm down and start listening to their intuition. At that time it is as if clouds parted and everything begins to make sense.
